1. Delay:
For international transportation, if your package is not delivered after 30 natural days after it is sent, it is considered delayed, and the insurance company will compensate the customer with $5.
2. Loss:
For international transportation, if your package is not delivered after 60 natural days after it is sent, it is considered lost;
For lost packages, the insurance company will compensate the customer for the value of the goods (the specific amount is subject to the amount paid by the customer);
When the logistics status of the package shows that it has been delivered, but the customer indicates that it has not been received, it is considered lost or stolen, and this situation will also be considered a type of loss.
3. Damage:
When the items received by the customer are obviously broken, broken, bent (if the items cannot be bent), crushed, etc., making them unusable, the insurance company will compensate the customer for the value of the goods (the specific amount is subject to the amount paid by the customer). However, it does not include manufacturing damaged, incorrectly packaged or unsealed items.
Taxes are charged at the local rate of each country. We will charge the tax rate of the customer's country at the time of order checkout and will ultimately pay it to the local tax authorities in accordance with local laws.
